Space and Naval Warfare Systems (SPAWAR) is the Department of Defense's (DoD's) research, development, test and evaluation, engineering and support center for command, control and communication systems. SPAWAR provides information resources to support the joint warfighter in mission execution and force protection.

Information Assurance (IA) Division

• Provides engineering, management, integration, technical, and administrative support applicable to the engineering efforts in support BLII OCONUS integration of Firewalls, Virtual Private Networks, and Intrusion Detection Systems.
  
• Provides engineering support for the installation and upgrade of UARNOC and PRNOC for connectivity to HSGR and to support remote NOC restoration. The effort includes: documentation development, testing, CDR, development of OJT/SOVT/FRCB, equipment-engineering support, equipment PITCO and SSAA development.
